Privacy Policy

Ready Pages PH sells ready-made Facebook business pages and social media boosting services from Quezon City, Philippines. This policy explains what information we collect when you use readypagesph.com or message our Facebook page, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

Your email address, which you enter when ordering so we can send your invoice and receipt.
Your order details from our website: the services or page you chose, quantities, the links you paste (your page, post, profile or video), and comments you write for comment orders.
Your boost panel account, if you create one: your name, email, mobile number (optional), a scrambled version of your password (we can't see the password itself), your balance, orders and balance history. If you sign in with Google, we get your name and email from Google.
Referrals: if you sign up through a friend's invite link, we record who invited you, so we can give them their reward. To stop self-referrals, we also keep the internet address (IP) you signed up from.
Payment receipts you upload when adding funds: the screenshot, amount, payment method and reference number.
Messenger information when you message our Facebook page: your name and the Messenger ID that Facebook gives us for our chat, plus the messages and payment screenshots you send.

We never ask for your Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or YouTube password, and we don't collect card or bank login details.

How we use it

To show you your order summary and payment details in Messenger.
To email you your invoice and receipt.
To confirm your payment, deliver your order and reply to your questions.
To run your boost panel account: keep you signed in, add approved payments to your balance, place your orders, and return undelivered amounts to your balance.
To email you a code if you forget your password.
To send you promos, bonuses and news about new services by email. This is turned on when you sign up, and you can uncheck it on the sign-up form, turn it off anytime in your Account, or use the unsubscribe link in any promo email.

We don't sell your information. We stop sending promo emails as soon as you turn them off or unsubscribe.

Who receives it

Meta (Facebook/Messenger), which carries our chat with you.
Meta Pixel: our website uses Meta's pixel, which uses cookies to record visits and actions such as opening a page listing or sending an order. This helps us measure and improve our Facebook ads. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings or block cookies in your browser.
Cloudflare, which hosts our website and stores order details, accounts and payment receipts.
Our service providers, who receive only the public link and quantity needed to deliver a boosting order.

How long we keep it

Order details sent through Messenger are deleted from our website automatically after 30 days. Payment receipt images are deleted after 120 days. Boost panel accounts, orders and balance history are kept while your account is open. Messenger conversations stay in our page inbox until you or we delete them. Payment records are kept as long as Philippine tax rules require.

Deleting your data

To have your information deleted, message our Facebook page with "Delete my data" and your order code if you have one. We'll delete your order details, your boost panel account and our copy of your conversation within 7 days and confirm when it's done, except records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
